I like Suspicious Observer. He attempts to predict upcoming events scientifically and although his predictions don't predict events all the time, some of them do get it sort of right. I wouldn't discount his warnings because I have seen some pretty close location predictions
His predictions are logical guesses based on observations he has made over time. It is good if someone gives us a heads up to warn us to watch out but it is not worth panicking about. The people working in the field of earthquakes do have increased risk they look for but we do not usually get that information. Governments do not want people all worried about the earthquakes and panick arising, they would rather we worried about terrorists and getting the flu or Ebola or Zika.
